A DAY AT THE BEACH
Saturday, March 27, on orders from the
L.A. County Health Department, L.A. County lifeguards posted signs at
the Pico-Kenter storm drain outlet on the beach south of Santa Monica
Pier, warning people to stay out of the ocean in that area. At
presstime, the signs were still in place.
