Correction

   We reported last week that the new bus stops were made of “stainless steal.” Presumably, a “stainless steal” would be one form of the so-called perfect crime.
   While the Mirror has from time to time been critical of City Hall, this was not one of those times. This was simply a typo — steAl” for “steEl.” Nonetheless, we apologize for the error and hope that no one’s feelings were hurt by it.
