Graham Parker, The Figgs, and Frank Black at the Troubadour

   1/11. A contemporary of Elvis Costello and Joe Jackson, Parker has been off the radar for far too long. He, along with the other two, were the “angry young men” of the 80’s, who helped define the post punk rock new pop world.
