Indecent Exposure Suspect Is Sought

   Two recent incidents, of indecent exposure and annoying a minor, involving what appears to be the same suspect, have occurred in the downtown Santa Monica area. Both victims are white males in their early teens. 
   In the first incident, the suspect followed the victim into a restroom and masturbated while watching the victim. In the second incident, the suspect befriended the victim, offered him a ride home and engaged the victim in a conversation about having sex. When they arrived at the victim’s home, the suspect asked the victim if his parents were home. The victim exited the car and notified his parents.
   The suspect, shown in a composite drawing, is described as a white male, 25-30 years old, 5’11’’, thin, with black hair and “white skin.” His hair is described as having gel in it and being combed back, “a little wavy.” The suspect was last seen wearing a blue short-sleeved button front or t-shirt and brown hiking boots. He was driving a white two-door hatchback with white sheepskin seat covers on the front seats.
