Crossroads Girls Softball Team Extends Winning Streak In Campbell Hall Match

Roadrunners Win Fourth Game In A Row

Patrick Siritara
Mirror contributing writer

After starting the year with a 1-2 record, with their only win coming against an overmatched Windward team, the Crossroads Roadrunners seem to have picked up their stride.
A 3-0 victory over Campbell Hall last Thursday raised their record to 5-2, 2-0 in league, with four consecutive victories. Strong defense and outstanding pitching have been the pattern throughout this stretch, where the Roadrunners have allowed only five runs in the four game period.
The immediate schedule takes the team to the Best of the West Tournament for the remainder of the week. League play resumes next Tuesday versus Whitney High School.
