13-Count Complaint Filed Against Local Youth 

   A 13-count complaint, including four counts of murder, naming David Attias, 18, of Santa Monica, was filed yesterday in Santa Barbara. Attias's attorney, Robert Sanger, immediately asked for and was granted a delay of arraignment until March 6. The complaint alleges that Attias sideswiped nine parked cars and drove into a group of people -- four of whom were killed -- last Friday night.
A freshman at UC Santa Barbara, Attias is the son of television director Daniel Attias. He graduated last June from Concord High School, a small private school here.
