St. Monica (8-3) lost to rival St. Bernard (6-9) in three riveting sets of volleyball 25-21, 27-25, 25-16 marking the second time these two teams have played each other this season Thursday night at St. Bernard High School.

Mariners Cause Vikings To Tremble With 3-1 Volleyball Victory

There is a difference on the St. Monica (7-0, 2-0 in Camino Real League) women's volleyball team this year, and their recent win over St. Bernard (4-8) claiming victory to three of four sets 25-21, 25-15, 17-25, 25-21 is showing that the Mariners are a competitive team that can adapt to any team trying to adapt to them.
