A 46-year-old Santa Monica man was arrested on Saturday, Nov. 8 after spitting on a father who was protecting his children from this belligerent and possibly violent human.

The arson suspect (pictured above) is described as 5'9'' to 5'11'', medium build, wearing a black hooded jacket and gray shorts with orange trim.
