In lieu of the Halloween season, Heal the Bay’s Santa Monica Pier Aquarium is incorporating a number of spooky themes into its family-friendly activities this weekend. This Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 25 and 26, starting at 12:30 pm, the Pier Aquarium will be hosting a “fintastic” Halloween and Dia de Los Muertos celebration, with costume wear encouraged.

Authorities Search For Santa Monica Pier Jumper Sunday Night

Santa Monica police and Los Angeles County lifeguards searched around Santa Monica Pier for about an hour in response to a report that someone had jumped into the ocean, but then concluded that the jumper got out of the water unaided, authorities said today.

The Zombies include Jim Rodford (on bass), Steve Rodford (on drums), Tim Toomey (on guitar), and of course, the two original and founding members Rod Argent (keyboards) and Colin Blunstone (lead vocals).
