Children’s Hospital Los Angeles celebrated the grand opening of its
new outpatient care center in Santa Monica with a special ribbon cutting
ceremony on Tuesday, marking the creation of CHLA’s fourth outpatient
care center since 2010.
The hospital’s Santa Monica-based pediatric medical facilities,
staffed by 10 physicians who are Board-certified in seven specialties

noting that in addition to outpatient facilities in Arcadia, Valencia
and Torrance, the hospital is still in the process of establishing more

Robert Adler, MD, is senior vice chair, Department of Pediatrics at
CHLA and chief medical officer of the CHLA Pediatric Health Network.
Adler said when parents tell him they’ll go any distance to get the
best care for their kids, he can tell them that they don’t have to go
very far to get care from CHLA.
