Spectrum Athletic Club Santa Monica will this Friday, Feb.

15 host a free fitness class for moms.

The club is encouraging local moms to meet with other moms

in the area and sweat it out with the free Body Combat group fitness class at

12 pm.

The class will be followed by a tour of the athletic club

with light refreshments and mingling.

The club is located at 2425 Olympic Boulevard, Santa Monica.
