The 2012 K-5 Spashball season and Waterpolo camp held at the Santa Monica High School Aquatics center began this last week with session one winding to a close Friday and session two scheduled to start up June 25 and lasting until June 29.
Spashball is an introduction to the sport of water polo and water polo camp is for more advanced swimmers.
“The water polo team for k-5, is doing exceptionally well,” said Coach Matt Flannagan. “We have 44 kids in it now, learning the basics of water polo and having a great time.”
The cost for registered kids is $350 per session for USWP members and $380 for non-members.
Spots are still available for session two scheduled to start up June 25-29.
