Two lanes of southbound Pacific Coast Highway (SR-1) in Santa Monica are closed between the California Incline and the McClure Tunnel due to a power outage, according to the Department of Transportation. The left lane remains open.
This emergency closure will remain in effect while Southern California Edison repairs equipment.
The duration of the closure is unknown at this time.
Motorists should expect delays and use an alternate route.
