Bright, airy, and accepts reservations, Bru’s Wiffle has more than you think possible at a café that started off with just a list of sweet and savory waffles.
Now, you can get eggs and bacon any time of day, a panini or soup/salad if you want a stead-fast lunch, or a blueberry waffle topped with ice cream for dinner if you wish a whimsical evening.
Officially serving beer, wine, and specialty drinks like The Lady In Red (mionetto organic Prosecco with organic pomegranate juice) you’re going to have to start making excuses not to eat here for every single meal of the day.
Bru’s Wiffle is an eco-friendly establishment, buys all local ingredients, and makes 98 percent of all food items in-house (including gluten free waffles). If you believe that care and love makes food taste better, you’ll be more than satisfied here.
Since you can get any item on the menu at any time of day, Ebru of Bru’s Wiffle likes us to know that’s because the menu was built by customer demand – and, well, some of Ebru’s favorite things.
A fan of anything spicy and fancy chocolate, the recently announced dinner menu includes the Blazing Crispy Chicken (fried chicken, homemade hot sauce, a pile of mixed greens), Spicy Housemade Beef Chili (served with local-baked bread), as well as a Hot Chocolate made from French and Belgium chocolate.
In addition to making a crisp and tender original waffle (with real Madagascar vanilla bean), Bru’s makes an incredible burger (brioche, garlic aioli, tomato, avocado, bacon, fried egg, grilled onion) and an assortment of delicious paninis served with salad, french fries, or even sweet potato waffle fries.
The salads are bright, lightly dressed, and served on a platter the size of a football alongside sesame crackers – so truly, you’ll find something here for every taste and appetite for any time and craving of the day.
Don’t forget to try the fresh pressed (upon order) juice (I loved the pear and apple – be sure to ask why you should drink it fast).

Do you like cinnamon toast? Go for the Churro Waffle (original waffle dusted with cinnamon sugar) and topped with cinnamon ice cream.
No matter what you get, one trip and you’ll be back.
Initially I thought it was because the food is superb – after all, it’s hard to go wrong with farmers market ingredients put together by a chef who, on her day off, taste-tests new dishes and ideas.
But then I noticed a little sign hanging on a metal shelf with a short phrase penned in cursive against a background of a yellow heart: Love People, Feed Them Good Food. When I pointed, Ebru nodded and said: “We cook with love, and you can taste it.”
Good thing it’s open all day!
