Textile Collection Event Today At Santa Monica City Yards

The City of Santa Monica will hold a textile collection event from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. today, Nov. 17 at the City Yards, 2500 Michigan Avenue in Santa Monica.

Not only will residents have the opportunity to recycle all their old rags, unusable clothing, towels, bedding and so much more; they can also learn how to construct no-sew t-shirt bags perfect for shopping at the Farmers Market.
