Santa Monica Pier Ferris Wheel To Display "Dodger Blue" Colors During Playoffs

Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier will “Think Blue” by turning the nine story tall Ferris wheel a dazzling display of “Dodger Blue” colors and patterns during each playoff game of the National League Championship Series and World Series.
The Dodgers play game four of the NLCS against the St. Louis Cardinals today in Los Angeles. The Dodgers trail 2-1 in the series.
The signature logo Dodgers flag continues to wave daily atop the roller coaster’s peak at 55 feet above the Pacific Ocean.
High above Pacific Park and the Santa Monica Pier, the flag will fly throughout the Dodgers’ championship run.
The Pacific Wheel sits 130 feet above the Pacific Ocean and is the world’s only solar-powered Ferris wheel featuring 160,000 energy-efficient LED lights that present dynamic, custom, computer-generated lighting entertainment each evening.
