Lindsay Lohan's Lying To Santa Monica Police Saga Continues

Attorney Shawn Holley entered a not guilty plea Tuesday morning at the LAX branch courthouse on behalf of Lindsay Lohan to the three misdemeanor counts of lying to Santa Monica police in connection to her June 2012 traffic accident on the Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica.
A pretrial hearing has been set for Jan. 30 that requires Lohan to attend.
The Santa Monica City Attorney's Office charged Lohan Nov. 29 with a string of misdemeanors stemming from the June 8 accident involving a large dump track and a black Porsche that was occupied by Lohan and an adult male.
Lohan claimed she was not driving when the accident occurred, but a Santa Monica police investigation states otherwise.
She is charged with reckless driving, false information to a peace officer, and willfully resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer in the course of their duties.
