For those looking for a career in Film, Television or New Media, top entertainment professionals will be on hand when UCLA Extension previews its upcoming curriculum.
Presentations include "The Many Lives of the Producer,""Directing Your First Independent Feature" and "Cinematography Roundtable."And for the actor, "So You Want to Be In Pictures?"
Though UCLA Extension courses can set you back a few hundred dollars, significant discounts on tuition fees for Entertainment Studies will be available on the day of the event only. Course counseling and scholarship information will also be provided.
The preview extends the parameters of the industry to include the flourishing media in cyberspace with "Internet: Marketing for Entertainment," "Visual Effects: From Ordinary to the Extraordinary" and "Future of Television."
