Lincoln Crunch About To Get Crunchier

   Caltrans is beginning a major rehab of Lincoln Boulevard between Fiji Way in Marina del Rey and the Santa Monica border this week. 
   Construction work has been scheduled for non-peak hours and at least one lane in each direction will always be open to vehicles, but as old asphalt is removed, there will be patches of rough pavement. 
   It is anticipated that the $2 million project will be completed in January.
