   1323 Ocean Avenue, Santa Monica consists of two buildings totaling 4,600 square feet. The site of the Gussie Moran House, built around 1887, the property has been totally renovated, currently serves as offices for a film production company and has sold for $2,100,000 to Michael Hammer.

   Petco has relocated to 2910 Wilshire Blvd. The 13,000 square foot store features a small animal and reptile area, fresh and saltwater fish aquariums, a bird room and a grooming salon. 

   According to the Los Angeles Business Journal, Santa Monica-based eToys has announced an $18 million marketing agreement with AOL. eToys will be featured as the leading toy retailer on all of AOL's Web sites, which include Netscape and Compuserve.
